Solpot: Wallet Checks Before and After Bet Approval
On Solpot, a Solana betting platform, wallet sign-in doesn't place a bet. A wager requires a separate transaction approval. After approving, check the transaction status and the game's entry state: an approval or a pending transaction alone doesn't establish a confirmed Jackpot entry.
From Connection to Game Confirmation
-
Wallet Selection and Connection
Solpot supports Solana wallets including Phantom and Solflare. Check that you're on the intended Solpot site and use your wallet provider's official application or extension. Unlock the wallet, select the intended Solana account and review the account shown when connecting. The connection identifies that public account. You don't need to enter a recovery phrase or private key into Solpot; stop if a page asks for your recovery phrase.
-
Authentication Message
A Solpot wallet sign-in asks you to sign an authentication message. Read it before signing and check that it concerns the site and account you intended to use. This authentication step is separate from the transaction that places a wager.
-
Bet Transaction Approval
The live game page shows availability, accepted assets and current conditions. Check those conditions, the stake and the current rake before proceeding. For Coinflip, also review the selected side. Creating or joining a game requires its own wallet transaction approval, so read the amount and effects in that request and reject anything you don't understand.
Your wallet also shows network costs. Keep enough SOL available to cover them; the entire displayed balance shouldn't be assumed available to stake.
-
Entry Confirmation
After approval, wait for the game state to update and inspect the transaction status alongside the existing game entry. Jackpot participation depends on confirmed bets. Repeated clicks, an open wallet request or a balance that's still updating don't establish whether an entry succeeded or failed.
Decision Checklist for an Unclear Request
- If a request is pending, look for its approval window in the wallet application or another browser tab. Check that the wallet is unlocked and the selected account matches the connected account.
- If you rejected a request, return to the relevant step and read the new request before proceeding.
- If you've already approved a transaction, inspect its status and the existing game entry before submitting another bet. A delay alone isn't proof of failure.
- If the state remains unclear, record any available transaction signature and game ID and contact support through Solpot. Never share your recovery phrase with support.
Confirmed Entries and Completed Results
A confirmed Jackpot entry can still be waiting for the draw. After betting closes, the draw waits for its required inputs before Solpot displays the result.
A Solana transaction record concerns the on-chain action. Fairness verification checks whether the published calculation matches a completed game's recorded outcome. Use the relevant Jackpot or Coinflip fairness tab and that game's inputs and instructions, including its recorded fairness version for Jackpot. A matching calculation doesn't predict later results or guarantee a profit.
